Reasoning Statement: By creating a class syllabus, it shows how I would conduct my future classroom to create a brave and inclusive space for students and myself. Since I have broken it down section by section, I am showing students the standards I expect, and students should expect from me, the moment that they enter my classroom and beyond.
Reasoning Statement: By collaborating with two other teacher candidates, we were able to complete interviews with a variety of students in order to see through a student's view on what makes a good high school teacher. By completing this inquiry process, we can refine our practice and reach students in a better way.

Reasoning Statement: In my professional dispositions sheet, I am able to see how I need to view myself as a teacher and reflect on what I need to improve on in order to be the best I can be. In this assignment, I can see and evaluate what it takes to be a great leader in the classroom.
